The Big 5 Egypt
The challenge
While The Big 5 Egypt was set to be the largest construction event in the country, Egypt was a relatively untapped market for the brand and so one of our main challenges was to introduce our event and stand out against an already established competitor event.



My approach
Analyzing the competitor's success was an important benchmark to identify and from there, leverage the strengths of our brand, build awareness and ultimately convert visitors.

As the Marketing Coordinator for The Big 5 Egypt, my main role was to handle the exhibitor marketing campaign for the event by providing full marketing support to local and international exhibitors in order to promote their participation, as well as converting their existing and potential clients into visitors.
