BodySmart
The challenge
Having taken on the only marketing role in a small team of 5, I was solely responsible for planning and implementing a marketing strategy that addresses the business goals.

The main challenge lied in the weak, inconsistent branding and lack of communication strategy which did not reflect the brand or its USP well.



My approach
Because the brand had such a niche target market, it was critical to understand the customer personas, their pain points and how our brand can help them address these.
​
From there I identified content pillars that are potentially valuable to our target audience and planned our communication strategy around this. That included everything from the website content, blog, social media, e-mail newsletters, SMS blasts to marketing collaterals.
