Dubai Ice Rink
The challenge
In this role, I support in the marketing activities for various Emaar Entertainment brands but mainly the social media management for Dubai Ice Rink, which were previously handled by a third-party social media agency. Since these are already both well-established attractions, it was crucial to keep the brand consistent without disrupting engagement rate and still meet KPIs that are specific to the company.



My approach
My first step was to determine the metrics that counted towards achieving the specific KPIs and planned my content strategy accordingly. I also studied the pillars, tone of voice and style of previous existing contents to ensure the brand and messaging remained consistent as I took over.
